“Had the opportunity to deal with the Varsha Group, more specifically, with Bharat and Rupesh Chaudhary. An excellent two-man team at Balaji Exotica, Kopar Khairane, with a proactive customer centric approach who go the extra mile to please their clientele. Their transparency ensured that as a buyer I found no hassles in dealing with them. Besides the location, the project has plenty to offer such as an expansive podium which also houses a fairly large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The layout of flats usher in natural light and ventilation. A spacious lobby and well-charted parking deck up the value. The management appears a little firm on pricing, but it appears acceptable given the exclusivity and the sparse competition in the neighbourhood. If one delves deep to spot negatives, I do miss a mandir on the property right now. Solar lighting would have also spruced up the offering.”
